  1. What are the different WellCert levels?

Answer:
WellCert provides a structured four-level pathway:
Level 1 – Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC): Foundations of planning, launching, and coordinating wellness programs.
Level 2 – Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM): Advanced skills in program design, evaluation, engagement strategies, and vendor management.
Level 3 – Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD): Focused on multi-year strategies, aligning programs with business goals, and leading wellness initiatives.
Level 4 – Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant (CWWPC): For senior professionals and consultants guiding organizations in building comprehensive, results-driven strategies.


  1. Do I receive a credential after completing a level?

Answer:
Yes. After completing any WellCert level, you receive:
• A downloadable and printable eCertificate
• A credential designation (CWPC, CWPM, CWPD, or CWWPC)
• The option to add your certification to your LinkedIn profile


  1. How long do I have to complete each course?

Answer:
You have one full year from the date of enrollment to complete all course requirements.
Most participants complete Level 1 in 3 to 4 weeks, but you may take the full year if needed.


  1. How many hours does it take to complete Level 1?

Answer:
Level 1 typically requires 22 to 24 study hours, including reading, video content, and completing the exam and evaluation.


  1. What formats are available for WellCert training?

• Level 2 requires Level 1 CWPC

Field experience is not required for Level 1 or Level 2 but is helpful for Levels 3 and 4.

To stay active:
• Complete 2 CE courses each year
• Maintain a current membership


  1. How do I add my WellCert credential to LinkedIn?

  1. How long does grading take?

Answer:
Grading usually takes 3 to 7 business days once all components are submitted.
eCertificates and resources are emailed immediately upon completion.


  1. What if my payment fails?

Answer:
Payment may fail due to card limits, bank declines, or incorrect billing information.

  1. What happens if I fail the exam?

Answer:
If you do not pass:

• You may retake the exam
• There is no additional fee for retakes

Yes. Certifications must be renewed annually through the WellCert Membership by completing 2 CE courses.


  1. Can I upgrade to the next level immediately after passing?

Yes. You may enroll in the next level as soon as you pass the previous one.
