Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Course Extension Fee. We ask all WellCert participants to complete each online course and all exams within 12 months from the date they purchase each course. To receive an additional 12-month extension, participants need to pay a $99 fee. Participants who have extenuating circumstances can request a waiver of this fee by emailing [email protected]. 

Because we are continually updating the WellCert program course materials, it becomes difficult to ensure that participants will have a high-quality learning experience if too much time goes by between starting the course and finishing it. This is why we use a Course Extension Fee to help us better manage the learning experience for our customers.
