An organization’s readiness for Wellness and Well-being programming is usually shaped by senior management’s attitudes toward Wellness along with the propensity of the organization’s “culture,” meaning the commonly held set of values, expectations, practices and behavioral norms, to accept and support Wellness and well-being. This tool allows you to rate the readiness of your organization to be a candidate for Results-Driven Wellness. Comparisons with other organization’s readiness score is possible when implementing wellness across many organizational settings.
