The tool is a draft proposal is for a state-of-the-art employee wellness program for a company with approximately 18,000 employees.  This proposal can be modified and edited more extensively for much smaller organizations. This proposal can also be easily modified by using the “replace” function in Word and replacing the word “COMPANY” with your organization’s or client’s name and by editing the details of this proposal.  The new wellness initiative in this proposal is called “WORKWELL.” Use the replace function to put your own wellness program’s name in the proposal.  Feel free to make any additional edits that make sense. Exhibits can be added to the end of the proposal when further documentation is needed.
