It provides a perspective for the wellness practitioner of how to position the concept of wellness in the development of a wellness program and how to be specific enough, yet not limiting in what future activities would be appropriate to provide within the wellness program. Finally, a number of important questions are addressed, a self-quiz on major points contained in the module is made available along with an explanation of answers.
