This CE module explores the important perspective and process necessary to create a “culture of wellness.” The role of culture in organizational life is examined along with a version of desired end points for a culture of wellness and well-being. Next the requirements for creating a culture of wellness are explored and specifically the leadership, environmental aspects, policy and benefits aspects and communication aspects of organizational life are reviewed.
The primary implication of this CE module is that a culture of wellness is achievable and can be established by a variety of means.
