This eight-page article just released from the JOEM identifies the current consensus on the use of biometric testing in worksite wellness programs.  This article provides a common perspective on how biometric testing should be used.  Wellness professionals can use the article to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of biometric screening.  This article was intended to provide employers and other stakeholders with information and guidance to help implement a successful screening program as part of an overall employee health management approach.
