Why is this important?
This group of 4 Solution Set documents provides working solutions for some of the most problematic challenges facing wellness professionals.  These four documents are intended to be modified and used by wellness program managers to help move their employee wellness efforts ahead and to increase their results.

The Solution Set for the Level 1 CWPC Course with the major challenges and the corresponding Solution Set documents is identified in the shaded portion of the table. The major challenges and the additional 12 Solution Sets that are now integrated into the WellCert certification courses for Levels 2 – 4 are also identified.  Those with Level 2 certification and above will be contacted in the next month to receive their respective copies of these new Solution Sets.

What can you do with this resource?
Here’s what you could do with this document:

  • Go into the Chapman Institute website and search for “Solution Sets” and the Word versions of each Solution Set document can be downloaded so you can use them in your own programming efforts.
  • Use the “Quick Senior Management Wellness Survey” to find out what management expects from the wellness program.
  • Use the “Worker Health Cost Worksheet” to determine the economic value of worker health and the need for wellness programming.
  • Use the “Wellness Program Results Hierarchy” to accurately position your wellness program.
  • Use the “Draft Program Evaluation Plan” to gain management support for wellness programming.

In summary, this Level 1 CWPC Solution Set of four different documents can be used to overcome some of the most difficult challenges faced by wellness program managers.
