This tool provides examples of a modular program evaluation approach that can be used with an employer’s wellness program. The idea for permanent or on-going program evaluation identified in previous tools are addressed in more detail and depth here. Each program evaluation module will be defined and a description of the types of evaluation questions and tools that should be used will be identified. Potential evaluation instruments for most of these evaluation modules are available in our Resource Library. This modular approach to evaluation is covered in more detail in the Level 3 WellCert certification course. The approach suggested here answers all the key evaluation questions that senior managers generally want answered about their employee wellness program.
