This 42 page PDF is the first large scale, high quality national survey of salary and compensation patterns for worksite wellness practitioners. This report provides current salary and compensation patterns for worksite wellness practitioners. Although several salary surveys have been conducted on worksite wellness personnel in the last three decades, WELCOA’s National Wellness Compensation Survey (NWCS) is believed to be the first ever compensation survey conducted on a cross-section of worksite wellness and affiliated health management personnel. In this report, the results of WELCOA’s first-ever National Wellness Compensation Survey are presented. In addition, the authors have outlined the implications for both worksite wellness professionals and the employers who hire them.   Published: 2013
