This tool provides an outline of the administrative structure and processes necessary for successful wellness programming in the worksite. The acrostic “”START”” is used to help provide a basic framework for programming. For each of the letters in the acrostic a number of administrative components are identified and discussed. “”START”” stands for Service providers (or vendors), Targets or behavioral changes, Accountability or metrics to be reported, Resources that includes budget and staffing and Team that includes key stakeholders and wellness champions.
