
Larry Chapman, MPH

Over the last four decades, Larry has developed over 1,000 employee workplace wellness and health cost management projects in both private and public employer settings. He has given thousands of presentations and workshops during his career, usually speaking at 10-15 regional and national meetings each year on topics such as: economic evidence for health promotion and wellness, innovative health management and well-being strategies, strategic positioning of employee health programs, use of wellness incentives and practical aspects of health and productivity management (HPM) programming.
Larry has published over 190 columns and articles and 13 books on health management-related topics. In 1991, Larry published a major book for the American Management Association entitled, Affordable Employee Health Care: A Model Health Benefit Program. In addition, Larry has been a regular columnist for several health professional publications, as well as serving as an editor for the American Journal of Health Promotion. He also served as the Editor of The Art of Health Promotion published every two months in the American Journal of Health Promotion for more than 19 years.
Larry was a co-founder and held various executive roles with Summex Health Management and continued as an SVP when the firm was acquired by WebMD Health Services in 2006. Prior to Summex, Larry led a wellness consulting business named Corporate Health Designs in Seattle Washington for over 15 years. Larry also spent 10 years in the US Public Health Service in various health administration and program management roles.
Larry has also served as an adviser to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, the California Department of Health and the National Wellness Institute. Larry holds a BS in environmental health from UCLA, certification as a Medical Technologist and an MPH in medical care organization from the University of Michigan.

Debra Wein, MS, RDN CWWPC

Debra Wein, MS, RDN, CWWPC is the CEO and Founder of Wellness Workdays (2004) and has over 25 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry. Clients include New Balance, City of Portland, ME, Turner Construction, Maine Bankers Association, Rockland Trust and Brown University.
Debra holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell and Columbia Universities and is a nationally recognized expert on employee health and wellness. Focused on education in many formats, Debra has lectured for the US Coast Guard, US Navy Seals, USA Olympic coaches, MIT and Harvard Business School. Debra has spoken about worksite wellness on many major networks and cable stations in NY and Boston and has written articles for Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Muscle & Fitness and many others.
Debra is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW), a group of highly accomplished women including Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Janet Reno, Senator Gabriella Giffords, Mae Jemison, and many others; a member of the Cornell University College of Human Ecology Dean’s Advisory Council; and serves on the UMass Amherst School of Public Health and Health Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board. Debra has achieved Master Instructor status through the Chapman Institute and Faculty Status through WELCOA
Debra is also the Program Director of the Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship, one of the largest programs in the country training nutrition students to become Registered Dietitians, including those at the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Washington Football Team, Minnesota Twins, University of Alabama, Duke University, and Notre Dame.

Chris Guild

Chris Guild is the Director of Training and Client Accounts at OMC, a Wellness Workdays company. He oversees the design and delivery of employer wellness programs across the United States—managing performance from Maine to Florida—and leads the training and professional development of the health coaching team, with a specialty in evidence-based behavior change.
A certified member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), Chris has trained teachers, law-enforcement personnel, and healthcare providers nationwide in motivational interviewing techniques. Over more than 20 years in the wellness field, he has coached 1,000+ participants, facilitated seminars, and created innovative engagement challenges that help employees adopt healthier habits, improve quality of life, and boost workplace productivity. His mission is to make health and wellness personal—meeting individuals where they are and supporting sustainable change.

Ashley Chehab
MS, RDN, CWPC
Ashley Chehab, MS, RDN, CWPC is the Director of Client Programs and Strategy at Wellness Workdays. She leads the design and execution of customized, evidence-based wellness programs, aligning strategies with client goals to drive measurable health outcomes and business impact. Under her leadership, the team has delivered scalable solutions, including the nationwide expansion of an occupational health program.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree from Tufts University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Frances Stern Nutrition Center at Tufts Medical Center, gaining extensive clinical and outpatient experience. She is passionate about helping organizations implement strategic initiatives that enable employees to perform at their best—both at work and at home.

Victoria Baverstock
Master Instructor, Chapman Institute
Victoria is an accomplished wellness executive with over 25 years’ experience, based in The Middle East since 2014. She has worked with organisations including Saudi Aramco, Amaala and Red Sea Global in Saudi Arabia, providing the strategy and direction for wellness tourism strategy and concept creation and established workplace wellness programs throughout the region.
Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology, is a Certified Acupuncturist, Functional Medicine Health Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and an ILM and CIMA accredited advanced trainer.
Recognised as a pioneer in wellbeing, Victoria is the Founder and Chief Wellness Officer of In Sync, a successful health and wellness organisation. She has received industry and regional recognition for her work, including winning Best Employee Health and Wellbeing Program, at the CIPD Middle East People Awards in 2022, as part of Red Sea Global, for the corporate wellness program she created for the organisation.
As the Global Wellness Day Ambassador for Saudi Arabia, she has been featured in Arab News, Hotelier Middle East and many other media as a respected thought-leader in the field of health and wellness.

Dr Martin Combrinck (PhD)

Martin is a Workplace Wellness Architect – helping employees to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors. Martin offers wellness services and solutions to corporate and governmental organizations. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Wellness Council of South Africa (WELLCOSA), a nationally recognized corporate wellness advocacy and certification body.
His organization, Sanga Wellness, is the exclusive partner of WellSteps in Africa – an award-winning program and one of America’s best Corporate Wellness Programs.
He is also known as The Laughter Doctor and is a pioneer and advocate of Alternative Medicine, Resilience and Personal Transformation. Martin’s approach derives from a mindfulness perspective and he uses Laughter Therapy as a tool to educate people that joyfulness and wellness is a conscious choice for each and every individual. Martin lectures and teaches mind-body and wellness related modalities, nationally and internationally.
